Fees.
Investment in knowledge before commitment.
A property acquisition is often followed by substantially larger investments in planning, approvals, consultant fees and construction.
The purpose of the assessment is to establish a clearer understanding of a property's opportunities, constraints and future potential before those commitments are made. The value of the investigation lies not only in identifying opportunity, but in reducing uncertainty, avoiding assumptions and informing decisions that may have long-term financial and practical consequences.
Every engagement is individually scoped according to the property, the matters being investigated and the level of analysis required. Following submission of a property, MAX. undertakes an initial review and brief discussion with the client to understand the property, objectives and key questions to be explored.
The proposed scope, fixed fee and anticipated delivery timeframe are then confirmed prior to commencement. The typical fee range for a MAX. Report is:
$2,500 – $6,500 + GST
The fixed fee and anticipated delivery timeframe are confirmed prior to commencement. Typical delivery is approximately five business days.
