Purchasing decisions are made under time pressure. MAX. is designed to deliver rigorous assessment within the realities of active campaigns and compressed timeframes.

1. Submit Property Information
   Complete the enquiry form above and provide the property address together with any information available. This may include marketing material, plans, surveys, approvals, consultant reports or other relevant documentation.

   Following submission, you will receive an email invitation to schedule a complimentary consultation.

2. Preliminary Review & Discussion
   MAX. undertakes an initial review of the information provided. During the consultation, we discuss your objectives, answer any initial questions and determine the most appropriate scope of assessment for the property.

3. Scope, Fee & Timeframe
   The proposed scope of investigation, fixed fee and anticipated delivery timeframe are confirmed prior to commencement.

4. Investigation & Assessment
   The property is assessed through the combined lens of planning, design and construction, with investigations tailored to the property and matters being explored. Where necessary, additional information, consultant input or clarification may be sought during the assessment process.

5. Assessment Findings & Report Delivery
   The completed MAX. Report is issued together with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss the findings, opportunities, constraints and recommendations identified through the assessment.

   The report establishes what the property may realistically support, the factors likely to influence future development, and the implications of pursuing different pathways.

Additional Advisory Services (Optional)
Additional advisory services may be provided where further assistance is required, including the assessment of alternative properties, strategic acquisition advice, consultant coordination, project planning or implementation strategy should the property be acquired.
